"Using horses in my paintings as allegory and symbolism is a branch of my work that has evolved over many years, though only fairly recently exhibited. These works are very personal and express emotions, memories and the fragmentation or emotional chronology of memories. Each image has its own story and conversation with me, the artist, but more importantly has a conversation with the viewer based on their own experiences, memories and vision. To me that is when my art is at it's most powerful".
